What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, client-centered therapy to individuals and/or groups.
- Create a safe, supportive environment using a person-centered approach grounded in empathy and unconditional positive regard
- Work with diverse and marginalized populations, including LGBTQ+, BIPOC, survivors of trauma, and underserved communities
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions
- Support clients in processing emotions, building insight, and making meaningful life changes
- Perform crisis intervention when needed
- Monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with Intake, Retention, and Billing teams to support continuity of care
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Compliance & Professional Standards
- Maintain strict adherence to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all confidentiality guidelines
- Uphold ethical standards in handling sensitive client and financial information
- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Active LMHC license
- Strong clinical skills across a range of diagnoses and treatment modalities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Commitment to inclusive, culturally competent care
- Minimum caseload expectation of 35 clients per week

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time:
Pay: $91,000.00 – $169,000.00 per year

*Office hours are listed above, however our clinicians schedules vary. You can have sessions on weekdays and weekends depending on the therapists’ individual schedule.
